1. About the race

This annual race takes place along quiet rural lanes and is the oldest Road Race in Norfolk. Runners in the 15 mile race complete two laps, those in the 7½ mile race finish after one lap. The course is flat with only a few little ups and downs. The 15 mile race distance has been measured and certified as correct. The 7½ mile race being just one lap works out to be a few yards over 7½ miles.
